I just submitted an artwork about Anne Boleyn and Elizabeth I, but it only ended up in featured group, I want to put it into Queens of England... so please tell me how to do it

Thanks for accepting me, I'm having problems uploading it seems that I can't contribute to any folder but the Featured one, is their a waiting period between accepting and uploading?
